T-Silox is a solvent-free, 100% silane/siloxane concentrate used to produce penetrating water repellent sealers for concrete, brick, natural stone and other masonry substrates.
Recommended Uses:
When diluted with an appropriate organic solvent, T-Silox will produce a penetrating colourless water repellent treatment of masonry substrates such as concrete, clay brick, cement mortars/renders, tiles and grout, and natural stones.T-Silox can also be used as a damp coursing fluid after dilution with a proper organic solvent for the installation of a silicone damp course in a masonry wall.T-Silox may also be incorporated into solvent-based acrylic formulations to produce products that are impregnating/coating combinations.

Application and Use:
T-Silox is a 100% silane/siloxane concentrate. T-Silox may be diluted to 5% to 20% by weight with an organic solvent before use. The solvent for dilution includes hydrocarbon solvent, dry alcoholic solvent or other organic solvents. As dilution, application and masonry substrates vary, adequate testing MUST be conducted prior to use to determine the suitability of this product for the purpose.
Handling & Storage:
T-Silox is a hazardous and combustible material. Refer to the material safety data sheet for safe handling. Follow good industrial hygiene procedures when using this product. Vapour inhalation and skin or eye contact should be avoided by wearing proper protection. Wear an air-purifying respirator if there is a risk of exposure to high vapour concentrations. Wash hands after handling. The product should be stored in a closed container in a cool dry place away from any fire and ignition sources. The product has a shelf life of 12 months in a sealed original container under 25oC. Please use this product under sufficient ventilation away from any fire or ignition sources and keep out of reach of children!
